Hey guys,
Thanks for all the welcomes! I'll definitely be at the Games over Memorial weekend, although I may not be kilted. The girlfriend, to whom I am rather attached, seems to have issue with kilts, despite my having legs that, as two female friends recently put it, would "rock the s*** out of a kilt." I'm not overly savvy with the nomenclature of young folks today, but I took that to be a good thing.
Or maybe she'll surprise me with a birthday kilt next week.
Mike

A warm Scottish welcome from middle England. Hope you get your kilt, you'll love it.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

Maybe your girlfriend is worried about the female attention you might attract in a kilt! Can't say I ever experienced it myself, but many claim to.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!
