BTW: For all and every, thanks for your patience. I've got something of an emergency situation I'm dealing with, so I'm not on X-marks as much as I'd like to be. Rest assured, I'm still on the case. I'm just having to do this in smaller increments.

    - haven't heard back on latest request for colour samples. Will re-send

If its DW, then put me in for 2.5 meters. Lovecraft brings back sooooo many memories of my early 20's!

I would like 2.75 Yds to be sent to Lady Chrystel.
And 4 yrds (for a Great Kilt) sent to me.

    Total of 6.75 yrds double-width.

IF this is doable, I am down for that amount.

It SHOULD be doable, but I'm still waiting to hear back on the specifics re:costs of such.

I need to add a yard since I recently "discovered" that I am now classified as a gentleman of substance

Found out I've been measuring my kilts wrong. Needed to adjust hip for waist.

Just wanted to say I think this is fab and wish I was in a position to join in the ordering, I can really see himself in a kilt of this sett.

If by any chance anyone has an offcut left after having their wonderful new kilts or other garments made, please do flag them up here, I'd love a bit to make a bag from or to cover a notebook and would be very happy to buy a remnant should anyone find themselves with one

Given how slow progress is, I'm sure you could sign up for a yard or two and just put £5 away a week to cover it when it finally comes up. at £5 a week you may even be able to afford 3 or 4 yards by the time we get around to actually ordering and paying ;)
For those who understand, no explanation is necessary; for those who don't, none is possible.

Thats a very good idea, and it would make a good present for himself in due course. Ok, put me down for a yard, and if I have more funds and the fabric is available when it actually comes to ordering, I'll cheerfully have a bit more.
(you are official bad influence of the day sir )
