After trying them on, I'm fairly confident of the size I need. I was actually fairly confident in the 10.5D...I've worn a 10.5D forever...but apparently not in A-E. Pretty sure that a 10E will do the trick. Company I ordered them from for $260/pr only carries them in D though...hmmm.

I was struggling with what to do until I noticed that

A-E is running a sale now through April 25th on the McAllister for $250!! My problems have been solved. Just need to wait a few days and drop my new order direct with the Allen Edmonds website.

You might google these: ROGERSON - Fine Footwear UK. I got a beauty of a pair via flea bay "brand new" with a commando sole for the princely sum of £25 including postage however I do understand that I got myself a bargin as the do cost a small fortune but well worth it.
