Okay Rob, here are a few of the small closet, as best as I can get in the small space.

    Top rack for kilts.

Bottom rack for jackets and waistcoats. Walking sticks against the side wall.

Just to the right, shelves and drawers, sporran collection.

Further right, more shelves, these with my cap/bonnet collection and brogues. Steamer in front on the floor.

My kilts and coats usually are in plastic garment bags with lavendar or cedar--they were removed for photographic purposes. The tops of the units also store my other hats like fedoras, cowboy stetsons, ball and golf caps, and my older collection of camera gear that is little used these days with my newer digitals. As I said there is a dresser in the bedroom that goes with this closet that has a couple drwers of hose, ties, and metal wear. If I can organize the closet drawers a little better I will probably be able to move them into the closet with the rest of the kilt stuff.

One thing that I have noticed, no matter how nice the storage looks, it is never enough. Eventually you do need more. Just sayin'.

I am now envious on so many levels- WOW! I have 2 kilts, 1 sporran, 1 glengarry, 1 jacket, 1 pair ghillie brogues, and 1 set of hardware to tie it together. That's a lot of 1's to go with your many's .

Seriously, that is impressive and a very nice use of space. It definitely lets me know what I'm aiming at in the (probably far distant) future

    Thanks for sharing.
