As recently as February he was being interviewed (link) -- have you tried the phone number shown here? Sometimes domain name expiration sneaks up on you and then it takes a while to get it back (or you end up changing).

Last I spoke with him he was leaving for the UK I believe. I did try emailing him a few weeks ago and email I had did not work. If you do find out please let me know ASAP!!!

Blame it on working in the auto industry -- always dealing with one or two model years in advance makes it hard to remember what year this really is! I'm not kidding.
