    Sorry, man... Could you maybe tell us where you got the sta# reference number from? Or where you learned about the tartan? It might help to track it down...
    I entered the number into the Tartan Ferret and the Afghanistan tartan came back in seconds. That one is run by the STA. There isn't a picture of the sett though, just a pic of the thread count, if you see what I mean.

    Here's a couple

    To CDN...your representation is pretty darned accurate. The tan on the real tartan appears just a touch more mustardy than you have depicted...but it still definitely a tan. Here's some pics of a kilt in it.
