We have two Irish single malts from Cooley. If released by them, they would be Connemara and Tyrconnell--however we release them at a different age, a different proof, and do not chillfilter like Cooley does.

Hahah, sorry. I kind of blocked that from my mind at my last job when I was a cheesemonger and everyday some really funny person would come in and make that joke (as if I've never heard it before!)
