Why no belt? If you had a belt on I think that the pouch that carries my HTC Touch phone would be about the right size judging by the size of the pump that one of the guys at work has. The pouch is black leather, and I think fits right in with my black kilt belt.

I have to say Saddleback Leather makes some impressively heavy, quality products. My younger son got one of their Messenger Bags as his 'Best Man Gift' from his brother. Wowzers, it's almost bullet-proof!

Yesterday kc8ufv stopped by to take a look at my pump. He was kind enough to bring some cloth swatches to perhaps make a pouch out of. And by the end of the evening he had come by again to drop off what he made. I will say that the sewing he did was really well done and the pump fits perfectly in the pouch. He didn't have the tartan of my kilt, but had some material that matched fairly close to my kilt. I'm going to try this out and see while I continue looking at other options.
I do like the idea of stashing in the sporran and running the tube up the strap with leather ties. If done right I'm sure I could make that look balanced on both straps. It would also give me easy access to the pump in any situation.
I hadn't thought of an IWB holster. I've got a friend who uses one for his concealed carry and will ask if I can take a look at it sometime. Even if its not a perfect fit it will at least give me an idea of how convenient it would be.

I'm glad it fits.
I just used a little scrap (4" x 9" or so) of the black denim that I am using for the outside of my 2nd x-kilt. It only took about 10 minutes on the sewing machine. It was really easy to make. Was a break from the pinning, and sewing my x-kilt is taking.
