Great stuff, man. Just really goes to show that the Celtic tribes and clans are spread wide across this world!

It's surprising to me how few people know that Eastern Europe, particularly the Danube valley is the ancient home of the Celts. Here in American most seem to think they appeared out of history in Scotland and Ireland.
Thanks for the reminder that our culture is alive and well in eastern Europe.

    See the link BEER BELLY

The bend is very much local.

Very much true. The thing is, those Celts were to close to Romans. I think only Norics were coexisting with Romans for longer time. They were major still and arms supplier for Roman Empire. IMHO

Welcome back, Mipi. A pity about the cellphone camera, but the pictures were most interesting, especially since they reflect an interest in Celtic culture that (I would have thought) had been absent from the Slavic lands for centuries.

Thanks for posting, I did not realize the history of Celts in Europe. I'm fairly new in delving into the history. Just learning more thanks to your post.
