Old, non-functioning brass cantle with DIY bag of Moroccan camel leather. Originally a brief case bought in the souks of Marrakesh.

1950's brass MoD cantle with a soft leather bag

1950's brass MoD cantle that has been silver plated with a soft leather bag. This was an Ebay find and was described as "leather cloth".

Bought in the late 1970s or early '80s. Silver plated cantle with seal fur.

Made in the late 1940s or early '50s. The cantle is silver plated and the bag is mink. The tassels are (cheep) modern replacements. I must do something to improve them!
