Huh. I had never heard of this concept, until I read this thread. With my luck, I'd be thrown in jail anyway.

Since I was on duty that day there was no way I was going to drink! Uncle Sam's Gun and Canoe Club frowns on drinking on duty. If I was going to drink on a duty day, I sure as heck wouldn't do it at a bar. With the way my luck goes my Chief probably would have walked in to the bar and caught me.
We did a breathalizer test...all zeros of course. The sad thing was that I watched a guy who was obviously intoxicated walk out of the bar, across the street, get in his car and drive off while the cop was running my license. So, in a way, I guess I really did wind up being a decoy in the end.
