    Cancer Tartan

Saw in an article in the current issue of The Highlander that a gentleman registered a tartan to represent fighting cancer, surviving cancer, and memorializing cancer victims. Based on the Oliphant tartan in memory of a friend of his. J Higgins is the distributor. Went there and can't find it on their list of tartans.

Wondering if anyone knew more? Thanks

I can't find a seller of the tartan, but I found this tartan on the STA website.

    Is that the one?

Try this link - I kinda like the tartan. This is something I think I could wear.

I can get behind that. I lost my mother to bone marrow cancer in '94 and this would be a great way to honour her memory.

In recent years I've lost my father and my last two uncles to cancer as well as several dear friends including some from my own age group and at the moment one friend is undergoing treatment, so I'd be interested in finding out more about this.

Thanks guys - finally figured out it was under Kelley Oliphant and not under cancer.

In addition to just becoming a cancer survivor myself have lost far too many family and friends too.

Hoping J Higgins will sell the fabric alone - but understand if they won't...
