Onion and pepperoni in a grilled cheese is good, too, especially dipped into tomato sauce which has a right smart of Italian seasonng in it.

I have enough irritations and negativity in my every day life. Why let that get carried over to a forum where I go to read and write about stuff that I *enjoy* with like-minded people? ?
It became clear and obvious a long time ago that people who get in a huff and make problems for others online, are generally people that are very unhappy with themselves.
I often feel very sorry for those types knowing that they lack the spine to actually say these things they feel so strongly about, to the faces of their intended recipients.
I have a simple rule: If you wouldn't say it/do it to someone in person, don't type it online.

Well if we're going to toss out sandwich ideas, I really like a burger topped with lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, a fried egg, and chipotle thousand island dressing! Mmmmm!

My father taught me to love peanut butter and mayonnaise sandwiches, with a little bit of lettuce for crunch.........not too good on the arteries, in hindsight, but so yummy.

Being a sufferer of Celiac's disease, I find all this sandwich talk offensive. MODS!

No problem, just wrap the filling in lettuce leaves to avoid the glutens in the bread...

It seems lately, the thread drift on this forum has grown to rival that of WP... (You can't beat the thread drift on there. After about 2 pages, it is impossible to salvage the original topic, or even identify what the original topic was)

Way off-topic, y'all!
Hey, now! As the OP I solemnly request that all this sammich talk be moved to the pub!
If someone goes and starts a sandwich thread there, I promise I'll contribute at least 1 good recipe.
Deal?
