Two pieces of lightly toasted and lightly buttered bread, lay full piece of bacon on one piece of toast, then a fried egg, splash of HP sauce, then another full piece of bacon, top with the other piece of toast and your in heaven.

Woot22 just mentioned what you guys calls biscuits. Whilst in Oklahoma many years ago I stopped by a diner one morning with my American friends.
They all ordered biscuits and gravy, I ordered the biscuits, a small container of strawberry jam, a container of cream and a cup of tea. The whole diner looked at me as I had a devonshire tea and couldn't believe I was putting jam and cream on the "biscuits" BTW the biscuits from this diner weren't too bad a substitute for scones
