This is not a tailored suit. It's actualy a Norwegian suit from "Moods of Norway". I recognized it from the litle tractor on his breast pocket and the embrodery on the waistcoat. You can get the suit for about $1000. It's expencive but so is everything Norwegian.

Oddern, I thought I would let you know that here at Naval Postgraduate School, where we have the pleasure of having some Norweigan officers one of whom I served with in Afghanistan, have a nickname for Norway....

The answer is that gutsy wears his white pants under his kilt just like all the other smurfs. the Monroe part is in one of the trailers....
