You can upload them to the galery first or another program Like Photobucket then use that URL

I've used Photobucket for other forums I like to frequent. It took a little getting used to, but after the learning curve, uploading pictures to forums becomes quite easy. I copy the "IMG code" and just paste right to post.

Let me know if you'd like help getting started with Photobucket, I'll help as much as possible.

I have Photoshop CS is there anyway for me to insert photo's without uploading them to another server like Photobucket?

When you want to nsert a photo into a post on on-line forums like X Marks you are not up-loading the photo to the X Marksdatabase.
What you are actually doing is posting a link to where your photos are uploaded.
This means that you must first upload your photos from your home computer to some on-line site. It can be your own website or one of the photo storage sites like photobucket or flikr.
