I'd be happy to host your scarf for a day here in west central Illinois. I could get a photo of your scarf with the mighty Mississippi river for you.
If you want it back by December I am assuming that you would want each person to keep the scarf for only a day or two at most before sending it onward on its journey.

Looks like you have the East Coast covered, however I am in if you need any others I am in Connecticut, just north of New York City and can easily bring it to any landmarks down there.
