Beautiful kilt with impeccable workmanship, something to be proud owning and wearing.

As a Douglas tartan collector I immediately noticed the similarity in sett, the big difference being the red/yellow/dark stripe set on the navy background band instead of the usual simple white overcheck. Very attractive. i've a recently acquired Dalgleish Douglas Modern Black, as yet unphoto'd and unreviewed, that is nearly identical to yours except with a single simple red stripe where your red/yellow/dark strip complex is. Also elegant. Pics soon, I promise.

Jeff? You mean you got a new Kilt and didn't tell US about it?

    Blimey, that's a bit mean

It arrived and has been tried on and the basting removed after a good ironing, but has yet to be really worn yet. Very busy week. But it is now the weekend and there is a celtic music festival today so pics and review will be forthcoming---very soon. I promise.

We now return to your regular programming.
