Suggestion for a incentive. Buy a new kilt for the size you WANT to be, then work into it.

The kilt as motivation? If I was going for weight loss that would be incentive indeed! Only thing for our larger bretheren is that when you reach that goal you shouldn't stop at that size if you can still keep getting healthier then go for it! It's great to see so many who want to dedicate some time and energy to their health.
You ready to rock guys?!
