I like this idea. I've ballooned (for me) up to 180 lbs. I'd like to see me back to 165. Gyms are out of the question (too far away), so I'm going to have to commit myself to getting out of the house and walking in the morning before it gets too hot. I think a bike is in my future, along with a new kilt...my reward for making the healthy changes I need to make.
