Hey, Chas!!
Norfolk....not TOOOOO far from where I used to live. I rented a place in Yaxley for about a year (just outside of Peterborough) when I was stationed at RAF Alconbury. Was in England from 1991-1994. I sure do miss it! My husband and I are planning to move to the UK in about 5-6 years. Things are going really well with my writing and editing, so I have high hopes we'll be able to call someplace over there "home" since we'll be able to prove I can support ourselves off the Internet and not be taking any jobs away over there. *crosses fingers*
Thanks for the warm welcome!!
Cheers!

Thank you, TPa!!!! I gladly accept the warm Scottish welcome. Where abouts in middle England? I used to live in the UK for a few years. I also lived in Germany for about 3.5 years.

Thank you, Jock!!!
Inverness-shire...near Loch Ness? I had the privilege of visiting the famous home of Nessie and it is just beautiful!!! Went pony trekking, too! Loved it! Can't wait to go back!
Cheers!

Hello, McClef!
South Wales, huh? My great grandmother was born in Bridgend...you wouldn't be anywhere near there, would you? Great-Great-Grannie, as I understand it, was a Romany Gypsy in the circus. Rode horses bareback - standing on them and all - and performed for Queen Mary and King George! Quite an honor my grandmother loved to brag about. ;)
Thanks for the welcome!!
Cheers!
