You mean you've actually been able to resist the poutine before?
Oh, my my. You're in for a treat.

The thing is, I had, had a big breakfast and was not really hungry. It was a toss up between the poutine and something they were calling 'Buffalo Burgers'. There ensued quite some discussion as to whether they meant burgers that came from Buffalo, NY or burgers that were made from buffaloes. And then there was the whole question as to whether they really meant buffalo or did they mean bison. I made the joke about the difference being the fact that you could wash your hands in a 'bison'. I think, that I will always remember the pitying looks they gave me.
Anyway, by the time we had discussed this for a while, I was the proud possessor of an extremely large Buffalo Burger which left no room for anything else.
This year I know differently and will be saving myself for the poutine. I will let you know how I get on.
Regards
Chas

See you there.
Chas and Cesna. See you in Trafalgar Square about midday. I shall head straight to Tim's for coffee. It will, appropriately, be the first outing for my new Maple Leaf kilt.
Look forward to meeting again.

Sorry I won't be able to make it after all, I've had a busy week, and now am dog sitting as well. I hope you have an excellent time, and looking forward to the pictures

Any photos from those who went to the event? I am sure they really did mean buffalo burgers. They are now raised commercially.
