I seem to always have a preference for the hose of the gentleman standing next to him, though. I can't tell if those are black or dark green, but I like the "dicing" on the cuffs, mimicing what is typically seen on a bonnet.
I agree with you Matt. The chap in which you are talking about is, Col. David Murray (also wearing a Cameron Highlanders Regimental necktie), who served with P/M Burgess in the Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders. David can be see discussing the Highland bagpipe quite frequently, throughout the "Instrument of War" DVD series, narrated by Charleton Heston - superb series by the way - tons of Highland attire footage, beautiful scenery, not too mention, everything you would like to know about the Great Highland bagpipe (warpipe).
