A cautionary note on the magnets. There is considerable evidence to suggest that if a magnet is going to be next to the body, the negative field side should be turned toward the skin. Failure to do so can affect immune function and result in damaged tissue over time. Positive field toward the skin has been shown to stimulate immune response up until about twenty minutes of exposure, past that time frame damage accrues.
