NorCal Rabble Gathering at Monterey Games

I've put this out through alternate channels as well, but I wanted to post it here for any Central and Northern California members that may be attending the Monterey Games on 6-7 August 2011.

My wife and I are hosting a cookout and drinks after the games on Saturday, 6 August at our house in Seaside. Estimated start time is 6pm or thereabouts. This invitation is open to any and all locals that will be in the area for the games...you don't have to be a "member" of the NorCal Rabble. The more the merrier.

If you are interested in attending, PM me and I'll give you the address.

Very nice. Driving 16 miles is WAY better than driving from Altanta.

They have a Ceilidh scheduled after the games today, I believe...I think that would be the BBQ you ask about.

This event/invite has nothing to do with the games and is a personal party that my wife and I are hosting because this is one of the few times that my kilted friends from the NorCal Rabble actually get down to the Monterey Area (most live in San Jose, San Fran, Sacramento, etc). We usually all meet up at a restaurant somewhere to go out to dinner on a Saturday evening...but I thought a cookout in early August seemed much more relaxed. As with all of our events, the invite is not exclusive to certain people...and the NorCalRabble is really nothing more than a group of crazy kilt-wearing friends throughout North-Central CA...so I threw an invite on here as well, to catch people like you that didn't get the invite on our Facebook Group.
