I would like to have joined you the following week Starbkjrus, but I'm sorry that I am not due finished work until 20.15. Soonest I would get there after getting kilted up would be around 22.30. Y'all might be one over the 12 by then !. Have a great time though.

Whats this about Hamish not being able to make it??? Is this on both weekends? I was really wanting to meet the KING OF KILTS!!

Hamish will indeed be fine. He's just bit under the weather and should stay home and keep his feet up. A 400 mile drive is not advisable just now. Think 8 hours on an airliner if you are having circulation problems as my partner does.
If Hamish does not make the suppers we'll still have all the rest of us - we're XMarkers after all. Robertson and Emma have a very fine establishment and do a bang up job for ANY guest - so we're all good.
Mark and all I look forward to seeing all of you at Week 2 of the Ferintosh Burns weekends.

OH YES! I am so ready to meet ALL of the others at The Ferintosh. I send my best wishes for The Health of Hamish. We will toast to his health and the Good Health of ALL!! . I think that I have everything ready to pack. It seem I will need a steamer trunk or at least the equivalent to carry all the goodies back home. everyone wants a trinket from Scotland.
