    Love Hamish's facial expression!

He probably did something similar when he saw my first attempt at a Hamish!

You know, I have been looking at all these pictures for a week or two now and I must comment on one thing. Despite that we know all the names from Xmarks, each and everyone of the people involved the in Ferintosh Burns weekend looks like a stand up person. There is not a person there that I can't imagine tipping a pint with.

    Aye, I'll second that.
Speaking of stand-ups: even after the massive pub-crawl on the Friday, we were all standing and fine representatives of the rabble - nothing like the kilted partyers referred to in an earlier post where part of the US (correct me if I've got it wrong) media reported from a visit to Scotland...

Looks like a fabulous evening, and as always, viewing your pictures gives me ideas on what and how to wear my kilt. Last night was the first night I went kilted, and it was great. Unfortunately, I was alone, and no one made any rude comments from the conservative Kansas town of Manhattan. The guy at Best Buy asked why I was kilted and I said I was recently divorced and the wife never allowed me to celebrate my heritage, and a woman at the bar asked what was under my kilt to which I replied my socks and boots of course. I really do need to get a digital camera though.
