I think babe. The one on the left is alright. The one on the right appears to have chest hair and a mustache. If that makes a babe then on me. He does appear to be enjoying himself though.

Not to belabor the point that kilted halloween costumes are hideous. I grant that it is difficult to make an affordable costume and include a decent kilt. But look at this guys ankle/calf coverings. They can't be called socks, can they?
Not to mention the world's smallest sporran, pleats, etc...

I'm sorry, that picture appears to have sent me into an apoplectic fit.

I didn't bring my camera to either day at the recent Richmond games, and I was sorry I didn't. I saw several absolute "do nots".Let's see, there was one table cloth wrap, one that might have actually been some kind of great kilt, but had no pleats, one worn back to front. That guy was interesting because although,he was walking around amongst dozens of kilted men and watching kilted performers on stage, he seemingly had no clue that he was different. My favorite, however, was the couple who were both wearing identical ankle length kilted skirts.

I was at the Richmond games too and I saw some missteps, but I also saw a very important do.
DO wear your kilt at the Dewar's whisky tasting tent!

This is a costume. Look at the other costumes and this is just as good in quality as the Indian Chief or fireman or cowboy you can buy in Halloween shops today. At least he picked the kilt.

Which means, of course, that it's garbage...

Yeah, it's the sporran... Although He looks rather pleased with himself. I mean, the outfit IS thoughtfully put together, it's coordinated, it makes sense. Just.......
Oh, never mind.
I think what's wrong with this is the smirk on his face!

That's uncalled for.
What do you know that he isn't proudly supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month?
It's clear the guy has put a lot of thought into what he's wearing. He's neat and presentable and proud of it. I think he's pretty well put together for a guy in pink. If he owns a pink sporran, it's likely that he owns a dozen other more conventional sporrans and can afford to be a little over-the-top on occasion. It's his choice - and he's got the cojones for it.
Bully for him!

Rex.
