Actually it's been a long and frustrating process to get these made. Most of the work has been done without posting anything because as soon as I would have posted everyone would get excited and start jonesing.
So I kept quiet and did the background work and only announced it when we actually had something firm.
I've been working on finding a manufacturer for over a year. I went through seven firms and most could do a badge but the price per piece was too high or the minimum order was too large. Some even turned us down flat because we wouldn't pay a design fee up front.
Gaelic Themes on the other hand were a pure pleasure to work with. I have a commercial account with them for hose belts and other stuff so they knew me and we had spoken on the phone quite often. But still, they welcomed the whole idea and bent over backwards to make this happen. They even gave us a HUGE break in the design fee.
