The Bean is part of Mayor Daley's Millennium Park. And the Duke of Perth amazing, particularly if you like whisky. Their whisky menu includes more than 90 single malts.

Is it somewhere where they love to belong to the land and is OK?
No, sorry, Trefor...it was the show that Eartha Kitt got her start in...does that help...?
It was definitely the year that the election was held in...

How about another verse:
Bright Arctic moonlight
illuminates the ice-floes
And ev'rybody's breath shows
In _________.

Well that show would appear to be New Faces of 1952.
So the actual title does not seem to help.
There is a song about a beguine in a certain New England city listed but how that fits in with ice floes I am not sure!

Re: WELSH RUGBY SCARF 2012 ... a travel log in pictures.
No wonder I was confused!
I think I have it now especially with the "April in ...." and the Ice floes etc!
And a further search led me to a certain profile and posts which indicate that, had it been there, the scarf would have been enjoying temperatures of a maximum of -13df on St David's Day.!
I don't want to spoil it for others by giving out the answer, I just want to have the satisfaction of knowing that I have it right.
I will inform Derek of my deductions though as when I asked him about the scarf last Friday he did not know where it might have gone.

Stupendous. Great pictures and good to see Tom back home, missing Germany yet ol' friend?
The scarf will need a scarf where it's going next by the sounds of the clue...

It might be glad of warmer climes after its current sojourn .
AA has confirmed that my deduction was correct.
