    Yes, that is me behind the grille

    The Wielding-Kansas 2011. A sword, exact replica of the Wallace blade, forged by a smith at Stirling. Nearly 9 pounds...

    Okay, definitely "doing something" as distinct from posing, even though it's "just walking" on a trail in the coastal montane woods. It's my avatar photo, and what makes it special to me is that it was shot 12 weeks or so after I got a structural upgrade (a new right hip) last year:
