Burns supper at home tonight, dressed more warmly than usual as the boiler has broken. The plumber has been telling me it is past its use by date for several years, but it only broke down 4 times last year.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

Last Saturday and Sunday out in Victoria BC, casual and business respectively in AB tartan. Many compliments. Office schedule not allowing for kilt today, but will don one later to share a wee dram. Gala tomorrow evening.
Happy Burns Day / Friday, all

Kilted at the corporate office in DC today, and nearly home. Cut quite a figure in the Minneapolis airport getting my 10,000 Steps in for the day.
In between flights, I relaxed in the Delta SkyClub.

If you can swing it, it'd be fabulous to see pictures of that Newsome box!
Thanks,

Kilted Fridays
Kilted today as I am every day. No great adventures just living my life kilted which is an adventure in itself.

The internet is still down at my house. I am secure in a seldom used cubicle at the public library. I am kilted but caught off guard by circumstances.
First, there is a kiindergarden story telling session here. Two and three year olds have too many questions for my weary mind.
Second, there is a protest (with conflicting opposition rumored to attend) at the local University. Reference Charlotteville, VA. Praying there is no repeat.
Finally, we have had a month's worth of rain fall this week. The prediction calls for two more days of the same. I am warm and dry under damp clothes.
The service repair guy arrived at the end of the work day. The internet is up and running again. He asked about my kilt and wanted to know how I got into the 1930 Model A Ford sitting in my garage. Forty minutes flew by during that conversation.
