    Usually reduced to NTM.
It was the underlying pun on the name of a ghastly rock band offically known as "Nyctamer" meaning a 24-hour day.

Presumably a modified clan badge ?

The avatar is my own self in my favorite hat somewhere in Crete.
Avatar too small to have both head and kilt at the same time, unfortunately.

Mine is of myself and my son walking my daughter through the streets of Cortona, Italy on the way to her wedding at City Hall. By the by, there were at least 17 kilties there as she married a Scot from Edinburgh and since then my son has gotten the bug and he wears my kilts quite often...in fact he has adopted Steve's Freedom camo kilt from our own Riverkilt as his own.

Mine is the Macleay Tartan, for the prior "township" I live in. They used to have their own post office in the 1960's, still have a country-store and restaurant, fire-station and a couple of churches. We use a Salem, Oregon zip code now.
I have used the State of Oregon, Fife District (maternal grandfather was from there), and Campbell (maternal great Uncle) tartans here at times.

Mine is the MacLeod of Lewis crest; for I am a Lewis and it is my crest (although I can also claim some Irish Ryno; I used to love the looks when I would announce that my grandmother was a Ryno!).
