The definition of RCH would likely not be allowed on a public forum, but if you ask very nicely in a PM, I'll fill you in. Think, "fine as a frog hair," and you'll be close.
You don't have to be from the country to understand it, but it helps.

Being a good hillbilly boy from the highland rim of TN I completely understand those measurements. Southern style directions really confuse my Soldiers that come from outside the South. It's so much fun.
