    Well done, Alan.

Looks like the "interesting" hammer setup was a small issue for a number or folks, then?

Nice poke in the Open Stone.

My LWD was 43 even - so 4" short of my PR.

Everything else improved since Dixon (especially my stones - whoa!). ...except hammer, that is. I lost EIGHT FEET.

I'll chalk it up to injury and try harder next time.

It was weird. The entire A class on Sunday was WAY off their marks. Then again, they were throwing at 5:00 in the afternoon. Roger wasn't too far off but seemed like Richard and John were about 5 feet down from their usual. Then again, I didn't sit down all flippin' day, except for lunch and that might have had a lot to do with it.

I wasn't too far off but I did also use one blade in the setup they had. I thought it actually helped a little. Although I think I could sure use another HammeRama work out again soon to tune up again. I notice that Jake said that he didn;t use his boots the first two throws but then put them on for the third and he did better. I thnk a LOT of it just has to do with what you are used to and what you THINK you need to do well. though. Of, course there IS a difference I suppose after you are totally ommitted to two hammer blades and then try to do it without.
