Can anyone wear this tartan ?

OK, so since the Livingstons are a sept of the McDougalls and the Walkers are a sept of the McDougalls hmmm...that's just 3 tartans . Oh yeah, Livingstons were also a sept of Stewart of Appin. Of course there are some US tartans too..

Not to mention Iowa where I lived for 14 years and my children and grandchldren live. Along with the US Army Tartan, the US National and if I take a good look at my geneology file there will probably be several more.

Good choice on the Iowa tartan -- it's one of my favourites as well -- in fact, it's my avatar!
