Not my area of expertise I'm afraid. Have you tried asking the Regimental Museum?

Bearing the maker's name of Henry Wilkinson, with the location of Pall Mall, London, helps narrow down when it was made. It is a very nice piece!

The Edward VII Cypher puts it into the period of his reign, 1902-1910.

Interesting detail! If the company moved from Pall Mall to Chelsea Street in 1899, but the Edward VII cypher dates it to at least 1902, when would this have been made? Is it a later manufacture using a blade made at the old location?

It's an interesting question, perhaps they didn't change the address after the move, or manufacturing also continued at Pall Mall.
At this site there's an Indian Service 1908 pattern cavalry sword that is Pall Mall marked: http://www.swordsantiqueweapons.com/s1191_full.html
And this is a June 1916 made 1907 pattern Lee Enfield bayonet that is also marked Pall Mall:

That's very nice Officer's dirk. I've been on the hunt for a reasonably priced officer's or piper's dirk for awhile.
As my first post, attached is my Scottish Wilkinson Sword collection...a Royal Scots sword and a standard sgian dubh.
