You mentioned rough seas, given that the flag on the bow(?) is flying sideways, it must have been an "adventure" trying to time the stitches, cuttings etc with the wave action. The kilt looks great!!

Yup - when it got rough, the wind and waves were oblique to the bow. Kind of like riding one of those mechanical bulls. But no cutting or stitching when it was that rough!

Barb, you're killing me with all these wonderful pictures of Hamish's new kilt. It is truely fasinating watching your work progress through the different stages of construction. It is really kicking up the jonesing for me though.
