I was looking at it on Ebay as well. I'm jealous. It looks much better in your pictures than it did on Ebay.

I found a C W Fletcher operating in Sheffield between 1915 and 1952.
There are a couple of Fletcher knifemakers in the US around the 1900s
There's a writer called Dirk Fletcher who seems to write soft porn westerns which is what you get looking stuff up on google. Maybe he doesn't, I saw enough not to go any further and it's late at night.
You got a really nice deal there.
