David, Rocky at USAK made the Confederate Memorial kilt I think he got the tartan from Scottish Weaver but I may be wrong on that. It's a combination hand and machine stitched kilt. I really like it.

I downloaded Irfanview and am playing with it now, maybe I'll get some pics up soon.

mike, once you open an image click Image, then resize/sample. In set new size you can set the pixel size and farther down check preserve aspect ratio. That way you can set the largest dimension to the max allowed by the site and the other dimension will stay in proportion. It's not hard, just go ahead and play with it.

Thanks bubba! I didn't play with it much last evening since I had just come off a 600 mile drive after a day of work. I resized a couple of shots from last weekend this morning and posted them. I'll get the shots of the Boxpleat up a little later this morning.

    Hey Mike,

So how are you getting along with Irfanview? Pretty easy huh?

Is that a USAK kilted skirt in the last picture? Looks very sharp, thanks for the pics.

Sharp eye dana, it certianly is a USAK kilted skirt. My child bride wanted one in the MacQueen Tartan (my side of the family) to wear on occasion when I go kilted.

Yep the Irfanview is easy enough for a computer idiot like me to figure out.

I must say awesome choice in tartan there. You can see a comment I made in the Kilts Accessories forum under the Hypothetically Speaking topic about the MacLeod.
