I should be kilted any day now...
...but first, I shall introduce myself.
I'm a 17 year old Ontario high school student. I've wanted to own, and wear, a kilt for a while, being half Scottish. Unfourtunately, I've been poor and jobless until recently, and my parents did not feel like spending over $100 on a kilt. Then I joined the Army (reserves), and my money problems are now over. I had my parents buy me an Olive Mocker Utilikilt while I was in Meaford training this summer, hoping to wear it on the first day of school. But it won't be here for a while.
So a week ago, I bought a Stillwater Nightstalker kilt, along with a sporran and some other accessories. Assuming that customs doesn't raid my kilt like they did my candy that one time, I should be getting it soon. And then I can go kilted to school.
So that's my life story. I currently have a list of a number of kilts I wish to purchase in the future, to increase my kilt stocks. I'm hoping to end my school year kilted almost 24/7. Perhaps I will donate my trousers to goodwill. Or my three younger brothers.
Only a few more days (or hours) to go...
