I had to double check where you were from Andrew. I saw Serenity on Friday night, and I was wearing my olive Utilikilt. Rather than Boston though, I was in Coldwater, Michigan.
When I walked into the restroom and up to a urinal there was a man watching with that "What the..." look on his face. I think he was curious as to how it functioned.

Off topic: The movie ROCKED! It stands on it's own, but if you have the chance, watch the series it's based on first. Firefly is on the sci-fi channel or the whole series is on dvd.

This is off topic, but I am unfamiliar with Firefly and Serenity. Is Firefly by any chance based on the book by the same name by Piers Anthony?

I haven't read Piers Anthony, but to my knowledge Firefly is the original creation of Joss Weedon, of Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel fame.

Firefly was a space-western television show by Joss Whedon, which was cancelled by Fox after only half a season. Serenity is the movie based on the show (Serenity is the name of the Firefly-class space ship the characters ride around in). Many of the names used in the show (including "Firefly") could not be used in the movie because Fox still holds the copyrights to them.

Absolutely amazing movie. Did I say that? Buy or rent the DVD, you'll watch them then be STUNNED that the morons on Fox cancelled the show.

Also one of the only shows to ever win an Emmy after it was cancelled after a half-season run (I think it may be THE only show, but I'm not positive, so I'm not gonna shoot myself in the foot with that comment
