I am a little bit "dressier" than usual for the day, you know to celebrate. Funny thing that all the people at the coffee shop noticed and asked why I was so dressed up.

sorry its a saying in England I think I must be the only one in East Anglia with a Kilt (or I think so I haven't seen another) so "kilt free zone" as in where you have a "child free zone" (adults only) or "car free zone" no cars etc.
