Thanks, all. Yeah, it's a SWK Nightstalker with a Freelander Sporran.
My dad looks that way quite often, it's just his "smiling attentive" look. We had just gotten up from the table and my mom decided to snap a couple of pics, so we weren't exactly "posed."
Grandma's having a great time for 80-something. She had cancelled a trip that I was going to see her off on (a cruise out of L.A.) for health reasons (bad hip) and I went up to vist instead (in case my folks weren't telling me everything). After visiting with her, I think she's got years of life in her, she's just not as mobile as she used to be.
All in all, it was a great visit.
As for the decor... it's a brew-pub/pizza joint in Grant's Pass Or.; not exactly a one stop-light town, but, in some ways, kind of a "60's hippies grow old in Small Town, USA" kind of place.
