Ron,
Now this is something I would have done.
Maybe people thought it was a new kilt warrior style.

Hey Ron, that’s hilarious. Must be something about the way you carry yourself that refrains others from criticizing your appearance.
The same sort of thing happened to me years ago, before I owned a Kilt. I fold up the bottom of my blue-jeans about 2 inches while I am tying my shoes. (One of those activities that REALLY makes one appreciate the Kilt) One morning I’m in a hurry and left one of them folded up. I drop my daughter off at day-care and I’m walking around at work for half the day before I notice. Felt like an idiot.
And about the body fat, I think I mentioned once before that you must be mostly muscle! Muscle weighs more that fat and the more muscle the better. More muscle is like having a big V-8 engine and fat is like a big gas tank. You just need to go out and rev your engine a lot and waist a bunch of gas. That’s the way I look at it.

Don't fret, Ron, it happens to all of us I think; I did this very thing just the other day after trying on suits for the new gig. I walked half-way across the mall before realizing it.
Doh!

Hmmh, let me see, what are the stakes? I can probably tie this into some kind of celebration. Now, where can I buy Peter Pan shoes? And no, I will NOT contact the Peter Pan guy on the Peabody thread.

Nonsense, Ron. You're no fool, old or otherwise. If the worst thing that happens to me today is that a sock falls down, I'll call it a good day.
