    I'll do the same thing, that's actually my usual style of seating. Its definitely become a habit, as I'll find myself doing the same maneuver even on the odd occasion that I'm wearing shorts or jeans. Drop down and slide back.

    That is a wonderful video, Ham. Thank you for such a great demonstration of the single-handed and double-handed sweep. Glad to know that I've been doing it right.

    Ham - that is absolutely brilliant! I can't thank you enough for the video - it answers all my (and perhaps others) questions.
