    Thanks for the information Rex - looks "The Trocks" were in Cardiff only last month and I missed them!

    I saw a photo recently of a kilted male dancer doing Les Syphides I do not recall any front pleating and I can't remember what they did with the sporran. Again I would expect that they would try to minimise excess movement - will have to see if I can find it again.

    Oh, dear. Yes, I just checked that out and flushed with embarrassment when I saw that. It just goes to show how great the awareness gap is on such things.
