For the best pub in Palm Springs (not exactly the center of Celtic culture in SoCal), I don't think you can beat Durty Nelly's Irish Pub. Check out the photo gallery & you'll notice that the owner/manager who shows up in many of the pics is usually wearing a kilt! There's another pic of a patron at the bar wearing what looks like a black leather kilt. Obviously a kilt-friendly establishment!
