I have been meaning to drive up and stop and see their shop in person. Fall is a good time. Maybe I'll suggest that they ought to spiff up the photos...they're obviously just shots of the outfits hanging on the walls of the shop.
Ease up...they're just a small shop in small town...everybody isn't out to conquer the world, you know.

well, as I said, I did let them know in the interests of making their website more professional, we are all at different stages of learning.
How they accept and apply the advice is more important.
Three years ago I didn't know one end of a kilt from the other either...but I wasn't selling them.

I understand that they're a small shop. Actually, most kiltmakers and retailers are. I would actually argue that they are probably a bigger shop than USA Kilts (they probably have more inventory and walk in traffic than us).
The problem I have is with making a buck off of something without understanding what you're selling or how it's worn...

It's hard to say if it's funny or not. I think in advertising, it's just plain incompetant.

I actually feel worse for this one that SirDaniel is showing us - at least the one Graham pointed out didn't have someone actually WEARING the kilt backwards. This one most certainly does.

Me too. I mentioned they might get a lot of similar messages until the changes are made. I think the photos could well go on the do's and don'ts thread.

AND - the vendor is in the UK and represents itelf as an MOD supplier. However, If the Kilt is MOD spec, then for 50 pounds you've got a bargain. Hard to suss out the size info, though.

Is it such a bargain though? Don't forget this Company sells only to The Trade and the minimum order value has to be £250 - that's five kilts, or one kilt and £200 worth of other kit, that you'll have to buy to get your kilt!
