    That was awesome! As a "yung'un" I've never seen The Avengers before, but that clip certainly made a good impression! Did you see those Montrose Doublets and how that guy threw a piper's dirk!?! Amazing! I wish I had a Scottish Castle to walk around in with a Montrose Doublet...

    Avengers in kilts

    I read Patrick McNee's (who played Steed) autobiography a long time ago. Apparently he was sent to live with a rather eccentric aunt, I think, who insisted that he wear a kilt for most of his childhood and adolescence - which I believed he detested.

    That was great, it makes me want to buy the whole movie, I've always been an Avengers fan. I love Dianna Rigg too, what a beauty, but sad to see her in recent films, she looks very unwell.

    The only comment I have regarding that film clip - and no one has brought this up - I think that kilts with white underwear just seem SO wrong.

    That's just my opinion....
